Terms and Conditions
These terms cover your use of the Rock the Camp website, which is run by Premier TN, LLC ("Camp Electric"). By using the site, entering the contest, or voting, you agree to them. If you enter the contest, our contest rules apply as well. If these terms and the contest rules ever differ, the contest rules control.
Your account
- Keep the details on your account accurate and your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for anything done through your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
What you submit
- Entries become the property of Camp Electric and will not be returned, as set out in the contest rules.
- Your performance must be genuinely and personally yours. Entries with AI-generated, AI-cloned, or AI-synthesized vocals or instrumentation are not eligible.
- Apart from the composition and lyrics of a cover song, your entry must not contain anyone else's copyrighted material or anyone else's name or likeness, and you must have every right needed to enter it.
- We may decline, remove, or disqualify a submission at any time, at our sole discretion.
Photos, videos, and your likeness
Approved entries, including the video and artist profile, are shown publicly on this site during the contest. The winner's entry, name, hometown, likeness, photographs, and statements about the contest may also be used by Camp Electric in all media for editorial, public relations, promotional, and advertising purposes, as set out in the contest rules.
Using the site
Do not attempt to manipulate voting, disrupt the site, access accounts that are not yours, or scrape the site with automated tools. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up throughout the contest, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or pause parts of it.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Choice of law
In the event of any dispute between you and Premier TN, LLC ("Camp Electric") concerning these terms, your use of the site, your contest entry, or your votes, the resolution of such dispute and/or other matter shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Tennessee applicable to agreements entered into and wholly to be performed therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The venue for resolution of any disagreement or dispute shall be in Nashville, Tennessee, and in connection, you and Camp Electric hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Nashville, Tennessee.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
