Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN AND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES (INCLUDING D.C.) 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ENTRY IN THE CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. Overview

The “Rock the Camp” Contest (“Contest”) is an online talent competition that provides an opportunity for unsigned artists to showcase their talents and for the Winner to receive a Grand Prize (defined below). The Contest begins on October 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on November 15, 2026 at 10pm Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) (the “Contest Period”). The time shall be determined by Sponsor’s timekeeping systems, and Sponsor may also rely on the time processing functions of third parties. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion in determining the timeliness of any action or inaction related to this Contest.

Participants will submit an audiovisual work embodying the musical performance of the Entrant. Eligible Entries will be made available for public voting, with public voting serving as the primary factor in determining the five (5) Finalists who advance to final judging. A judging panel will then select the Grand Prize Winner from among the Finalists. The composition performed on the Video need not be original with the Entrant. The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on or before December 5, 2026.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) aged 13 or older at the time of Entry and from the time of Entry until the Notification Date (defined). The Contest is open to individuals and groups. Employees, officers and directors of Premier TN, LLC d/b/a Camp Electric (“Sponsor”) and any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and entities engaged in the design and implementation of the Contest and the immediate family members, IRS dependents, and members of the same household of such individuals are not eligible. “Immediate family” means parents, children, sisters, brothers and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. Void where prohibited.

If you are under the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, your parent or legal guardian must consent to your entering this Contest and must sign release documents on your behalf.

Any participant who, at any point during the Contest Entry Period, are subject to a music recording agreement or music publishing agreement (written or oral) or any other contractual arrangement that would prohibit such participant from fully participating in the Contest or granting any rights are not allowed to compete in the Contest or participate in any Entry. Persons belonging to or affiliated with a professional musician, acting, theater, or film-making organization, such as the American Federation of Musicians (“AFM”), the Screen Actors Guild (“SAG”), or the American Federation of Television and Recording Artists (“AFTRA”), are not allowed to compete in the Contest or participate in any Entry. Professional musicians, whether full-time or part-time, are allowed to compete so long as they do not belong to any professional organizations connected with the entertainment industry that would cause Sponsor to pay the entrant or any other person a fee or any other benefit for taking part in any Contest event. For the avoidance of doubt, belonging to a performance rights organization (PRO), such as Broadcast Music Inc. (“BMI”) or American Society of Composers, Authors, and Poets (“ASCAP”), does not disqualify you from participation in the Contest.

3. Entry Requirements

Beginning on October 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EDT and ending at 10:00 a.m. EST on November 6, 2026 (the “Contest Entry Period”), complete the following steps to submit your entry:

• Register and confirm via email and then
• Submit a completed entry form which can be obtained from the website, RTC.campelectric.com (the “Website”), and
• Submit a video of your performance of one (1) song performed solely by Entrant
  • The video submission must be between two (2) minutes and six (6) minutes in length.

Entries submitted in compliance with the foregoing and all other terms in these Official Rules are hereafter “Entries” or, individually, an “Entry.”

“Entrant” means the person who actually submits the Entry for the Contest. If the Entrant submits an Entry on behalf of a musical group of which he/she is a member, Entrant shall state that the Entry is submitted on behalf of such group and the group shall be deemed to be the Entrant.

Limit: one Entry per person or group. If more than one (1) Entry is made by any Entrant, the first Entry received shall be deemed the Entrant’s Entry and all additional entries will be disqualified. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected Entries or Entries not received regardless of cause. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to have been directly submitted by the authorized account holder of the relevant account used to enter the Contest. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the account by the relevant entity responsible for assigning those accounts. By entering and/or participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as set forth in these Official Rules.

REQUIRED REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: You must meet all of the following as applicable to your Entry. Failure to do so may result in your disqualification.

By entering, you represent and warrant with regard to your Entry:

(i) It is your own original work. Each Entry must not contain any material that would violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity, including without limitation copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity, or that is defamatory, threatening, indecent, obscene or offensive, or that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to any applicable laws or regulations, or that is wholly or partially generated by a generative artificial intelligence system, or which requires a license from any third party.

(ii) It was not created or altered by, or using the aid of, a generative artificial intelligence model. Entries containing AI-generated, AI-cloned, or AI-synthesized vocals or instrumentation will be disqualified.

(iii) Except for the marks of the Sponsor (addressed below), the Entry does not reference any person other than applicant, or any names, products or services of any company or entity or any third-party trademarks, logos, copyrights, trade dress or promotion of any brand, product, or service. Sponsor grants you the limited permission to use its CAMP ELECTRIC mark in your Entry solely for purposes of this Contest. You shall immediately cease any and all use of the CAMP ELECTRIC mark upon expiration or termination of this Contest.

(iv) Your Entry is appropriate for public viewing. Without limiting the foregoing, your Entry is not lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, violate any laws or otherwise contain content which Sponsor in its sole discretion decides is inappropriate or objectionable. Your Entry also does not disparage or cast a negative light on Sponsor, any person, entity, or brand, product, or service.

(v) Your Entry complies with all of Sponsor’s requirements and terms regarding the use of their services.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to not consider any Entry for the Contest if it believes the Entry violates or potentially violates any of the foregoing requirements or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of these Official Rules. You agree to reimburse Sponsor in full with respect to any losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees (including, where permitted, reasonable attorney fees) that they may sustain from the breach of a representation or warranty made by you or the use of any rights granted by you to Sponsor hereunder. By entering, you warrant that your Entry or Entries comply with the requirements set out above including those at (i)–(v) above.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Each participant in the Contest is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in the lyrical composition(s) included in their Entry. Without limiting the foregoing, by entering, you will and hereby do grant to Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, freely assignable license to reproduce your Entry and to otherwise use, exploit, copy, modify, adapt, edit, publish and display the Entry in any form, manner, venue, media or technology now known or later developed for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of commercial or trade purposes, advertising, and promotion as Sponsor and its licensees or assignees determine, without further compensation, notification, or permission. Further, by entering, you hereby waive any moral rights you may have in any Entry in favor of the Sponsor.

By submitting your Entry you also grant to Sponsor the worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sub-licensable, and freely transferable right, but not the obligation, to use any and all names, identities, titles, likenesses, distinctive appearances, physical likenesses, images, portraits, pictures, photographs (whether still or moving), screen personas, voices, vocal styles, statements, gestures, mannerisms, personalities, performance characteristics, biographical data, signatures, and any other indicia or imitations of identity or likeness listed, provided, referenced, or otherwise contained in the Entry and/or image (all attributes, collectively, per person, a “Persona”) for purposes of advertising and trade, in any format, medium, or technology now known or later developed without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4. Public Voting and Selection of Finalists

Public voting begins on November 2, 2026 and ends November 15, 2026 (the “Public Voting Period”).

Eligible Entries will be made available for public voting on the Contest Website during the Public Voting Period. Members of the public may vote for their preferred Entrant by following the voting instructions provided on the Website. Voting is limited to one (1) vote per valid email address per day during the Public Voting Period.

Public voting will be the primary factor used to determine the five (5) Entrants who advance to the final judging stage (“Finalists”).

Sponsor, in consultation with its Contest partners, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the Finalists, resolve any ties, and modify or override voting results when necessary to preserve the integrity, fairness, eligibility requirements, or purposes of the Contest.

Automated voting, voting through fraudulent or improperly obtained email addresses, vote buying, bots, scripts, macros, or any other method intended to artificially manipulate voting is prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to invalidate any votes it determines to be fraudulent, improperly obtained, manipulated, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.

The Finalists will be determined on or about November 18, 2026. Finalists will then be evaluated by the Judges in accordance with the Judging Criteria set forth below to determine the Grand Prize Winner.

5. Finalist Judging

After the selection and verification of the Finalists, a qualified panel of judges (the “Judging Panel”), chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will select the Grand Prize Winner from among the Finalists.

Entries will be judged based on the following criteria weighted in Sponsor sole discretion: (a) originality; (b) creativity; (c) vocal ability; (d) stage presence; and (e) instrumental musicianship (the “Criteria”).

In the event of a tie, a sub-panel of the Judges will determine the winner of the tied Entries based upon the Entrant’s skill and Criteria mentioned in this section. Videos will not be judged on production quality but solely on the Criteria set forth above in this section.

6. Selection of Winner

On or about November 18th, 2026, the Finalist receiving the highest score from the Judging Panel will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”), subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s and Judging Panel’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

7. Notification

The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entrant’s Entry on or before December 5, 2026 (“Notification Date”). The Winner will also be posted on the Website.

The Winner will be required to complete, sign and have notarized an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legally permitted, a Publicity Release, and return these documents along with any other forms requested by Sponsor within five (5) days after receipt by the Winner.

Failure by Winner to return the completed documents by the time specified by Sponsor for any reason, or the return of a Prize notification as undeliverable, may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, cause the Prize to be forfeited; or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible, does not comply with the Official Rules, or cannot or will not accept his or her Prize, his or her Entry will be deemed ineligible, and the Judging Panel will select another Winner from the remaining Finalists.

Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay in Prize delivery. If it is determined any member of a group comprising a Winner is ineligible, the entire group will be disqualified.

8. Prize/Approximate Retail Value

The Winner will receive (a) the opportunity to perform for fifteen (15) minutes prior to KB’s performance at Camp Electric in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, at a time chosen by Sponsor on June 30, 2027, and (b) one (1) Fender 75th Anniversary guitar with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Eight Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars ($849.00).

The performance shall include a performance of the song contained in the Entry along with other songs approved in advance by Sponsor.

The approximate retail value of the performance opportunity is Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is One Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars ($1,349.00).

NO TRAVEL OR ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED AS PART OF ANY PRIZE.

All prizes are awarded “AS IS.” Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Contest or any prize. No issuer of any offered prize is sponsoring this Contest. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will determine all prize details in its sole discretion. Prize winner may be required to show a valid photo identification, valid driver’s license, or other acceptable government-issued identification to verify identity and redeem prize. Prizes are subject to terms, conditions, expiration dates, and restrictions imposed by the manufacturer/issuer of the prize. No refund or compensation will be paid in the event of the cancellation or delay of any portion of the prize, or any portion thereof. Sponsor will not be liable if the event, or any portion of it, is cancelled or delayed. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, attempt to reschedule for a future event. The terms and conditions of the event tickets may govern if the event is cancelled due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Sponsor is not responsible for, and will not replace, lost, mutilated, or stolen event tickets, vouchers, wristbands, or certificates. Exact details shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. ALL APPLICABLE TAXES ON PRIZES AND ANY EXPENSES RELATED TO THE ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF A PRIZE AND NOT SPECIFIED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

9. Prize Restrictions

No cash or other Prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion for any reason and only then for a Prize of comparable or equal value. No Prize may be sold, transferred or exchanged. The valuation of the Prize stated above is based on reasonably available information provided to the Sponsor. The value of the Prize awarded to the Winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.

10. Release of Information

Any information collected from an Entrant in connection with the Contest will be delivered to Sponsor and may be used in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor may use personal and aggregated information it collects in connection with the Contest for multiple purposes, which may include, without limitation, notifying Entrants about promotional offers or opportunities, along with supplying and/or selling the information to its affiliates, consultants, parties who perform services on Sponsor’s behalf, and other third parties for advertising and promotional purposes, and may divulge information if it is subpoenaed and/or if Sponsor believes it is necessary, in its sole discretion, to prohibit unlawful acts or acts that may endanger the health and safety of another. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ENTER THE CONTEST NOR PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE.

11. General Conditions

Except where prohibited by law, by participating, Entrants agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects and matters relating to the Contest; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Contest Entities”) from and against any and all liability, injuries, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind, including without limitation personal injury and/or death or property damage, sustained in connection with his/her participation in this Contest, or from his/her receipt, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any Prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, administration or announcement of any Prize; (c) that the foregoing Contest Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guaranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to a Prize; (d) that, except for the musical composition and lyrics of a cover song performed under Section 1, neither the Entry nor any portion of it contains any copyrighted materials owned by others (including, without limitation, sound recordings, audiovisual works, photographs, and other graphical depictions, sculptures, and other works), nor any materials embodying the name, likeness, photograph, or other indicia of identity of any person, living or dead, other than the Entrant; and that Entrant has all rights necessary to grant the license in subsection (e) below, including with respect to any cover song performed, arranged, and recorded; and (e) except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and/or any party authorized by Sponsor to use the Winner’s Entry (including, without limitation, the Video), name, hometown, likeness, photographs, and statements regarding this Contest, and information included in the Winner’s profile created during registration, in all media, without review, for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes, along with awarding the Prize as stipulated herein, all without compensation and, upon request, to provide such consent in writing.

12. Disqualification

Without limitation, an Entry may be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, in addition to as otherwise provided for in these Official Rules, if: (a) the Entrant is charged with a violation of law which brings or may tend to bring public reproach upon Sponsor or the Contest, or Entrant has a pending arrest or conviction for a felony or misdemeanor; (b) the Entry, or any conduct of the Entrant in connection with the Contest, is inconsistent with or contrary to Sponsor’s Statement of Faith or otherwise offensive to decency, morality or social propriety; (c) the Entry contains AI-generated, AI-cloned, or AI-synthesized vocals or instrumentation, or otherwise does not reflect a performance genuinely and personally given by the Entrant; (d) Entrant fails to meet the Entry Requirements or violates or fails to comply with the terms of these Official Rules; or (e) Entrant or any person acting on Entrant’s behalf attempts to manipulate, automate, purchase, exchange, or fraudulently obtain votes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a submission at any time in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

13. Liability Limitations

(a) No Liability. By entering this Contest, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of, or relating to, your participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities, and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder (including, without limitation, any misrepresentation made by you in connection with the Contest; any non-compliance by you with these Official Rules; claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to these Official Rules arising from or related to your involvement with the Contest; acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Contest-related activity or participation in this Contest; any malfunction, error or other problem arising in connection with the collection, processing, or retention of Entry information; or any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any winner). The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death arising in any way in connection with the Contest.

(b) Indemnification. If Sponsor’s use of your Entry causes Sponsor to be subject to a claim by any third party (including, but not limited to, a claim of infringement), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with them, against any and all damages, costs, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) which the Released Parties (or any one of them) may incur as a result of the use of your Entry.

(c) Neither Sponsor nor the Contest Entities are responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) printing, typographical or other errors in any Contest-related materials, and if there is any inconsistency between Contest-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern and control; (ii) electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation server malfunction or human error that may occur in the processing of Entries or votes; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, stolen, incomplete, incorrect, or illegible Entries, returned Entries, or mail or postage-due mail; or (v) any condition that may cause the Contest or public voting to be disrupted or corrupted.

(d) Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, public voting, or any portion thereof should viruses, bugs, technical difficulties, suspected or actual electronic tampering, voting manipulation, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to void any Entries or votes determined, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted fraudulently, in contravention of the Official Rules, or that contain an advertisement or other form of commercial solicitation, or that are infringing, threatening, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, inflammatory, inappropriate or profane, or that violate any personal or privacy rights (including, without limitation, the use of last names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information).

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST OR VOTING PROCESS MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Governing Law

Any disputes arising under this Contest and/or these Official Rules will be governed by relevant U.S. federal statutes and regulations and the internal laws of the State of Tennessee. The state and federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. Each party also waives any right to jury trial in connection with any action or litigation in any way arising out of or related to this Agreement. The prevailing party to any claim arising under the terms of this Agreement shall be entitled to seek from the other party its costs, including reasonable attorney fees and costs, incurred in connection with the claim.

15. No Class Action

THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE BROUGHT AND RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WILL NOT BE CONSOLIDATED WITH ANY LAWSUITS, ARBITRATIONS, OR OTHER PROCEEDINGS THAT INVOLVE ANY CLAIMS OR CONTROVERSY OF ANOTHER PARTY, INCLUDING ANY CLASS ACTIONS.

16. Severability

If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
