What do I do if I have problems uploading my video or audio track?

First, try to re-open your browser. If you still don’t see your video/audio track try uploading it again. If your second try still doesn’t work, then please check to see if your video or audio track is an acceptable format. Formats that are accepted: WMV, AVI, MOV, MPG, FLV, and MP4. Your media file is limited to 2 GB.  If your file is in an acceptable format and you are still having problems, then please email us at info@campelectric.com and put the phrase, “Upload issues” in the subject line.

What if I'm having trouble voting or logging in and out?

The most common issue with voting and logging in or out has to do with your web browser and can be easily solved.  Simply hit the logout link to the right of the Rock the Camp contest player.  Closing your browser will not work.  You must log out and then log back in.  To avoid future issues, be sure to log out whenever you leave the site.
