How do I register?
A: Go to the home page and in the upper right corner of the page you will find links labeled “Artist Registration” and “Fan Registation”. Click on the registration link that best suits your reason for entering Rock the Camp.
Here is the step-by-step process for Artists
Click on artist or fan registration to enter contest.
Fill out the registration form.
Click on the “Create New Account” button on the bottom of the page. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Go to your email to continue the process. If you don’t receive a confirmation email right away, be patient and try refreshing your page. If you still don’t receive a confirmation email after 24 hours, contact us at info@campelectric.com. In your confirmation email you will receive a username and a password. You will need this information to continue the process.
Go back to rtc.campelectric.com and log in. Enter your username and password. You are now registered. Click on the link “Enter the contest”.
I never received a confirmation email after registering. What do I do?
First, check your spam/bulk folder with your email provider--it’s probably in there. If you still haven’t received your confirmation email after a day or so, email us at info@campelectric.com and put the phrase, “Registration issues” in the subject line. Make sure you use the email address you tried to register with when emailing us.
When I try to register it tells me that my email address has already been registered.
Either you’ve already registered and you haven’t received your confirmation email, or your email is in our system and you need to use your secondary email. An email address cannot be registered twice.
I am not an artist. Do I have to register?
No. You do not have to register in order to visit the “Rock the Camp” contest site. However, you must register in order to vote and post comments. Besides, you might even win an Ipod Touch for doing so. What have you got to lose?
My fans, friends and family are having trouble registering to vote. What should I tell them?
Read the answers to the above questions, it is probably related to one of those issues. If not, please contact us at info@campelectric.com and put the phrase, “Registration issues” in the subject line. Make sure that they use the email address they tried to register with when emailing us
I forgot my password. What should I do?
At the top of the page, click Login. Enter your email address into the appropriate field and click “forgot password?”. An email with your password will be sent to you.
